ORSY is a customer-specific web application for the structured management of orders, supplier qualification, certificates and internal approval processes. The solution combines role-based operation, SQL-backed data storage, search and filter functions, status logic, deadline monitoring and traceable process steps in a central interface. Existing directory services, specialist applications and defined interfaces can be integrated; extensions are implemented modularly and documented.

For a customer in an industrial GMP environment, a fully local AI platform was implemented on an Ubuntu Server VM under Proxmox VE. The architecture includes GPU passthrough, Docker-based services, Open WebUI as the central user interface, Ollama for operating local language models, ComfyUI for optional image workflows and Docling for OCR and document processing. RAG knowledge bases, customer-specific system prompts, role-based usage concepts, model benchmarking, backup and monitoring enable controlled integration into existing specialist and IT processes without unnecessary cloud dependency.

AKTS SenseControl is modular monitoring software for laboratory, storage, climate and production environments with elevated requirements for data integrity and traceability. The system records temperature, relative humidity, light, pressure, differential pressure, electrical quantities, switching states and other technical parameters using suitable sensors and transducers. The architecture supports LDAP integration, role-based access, audit trails, alarming, reports, calibration and maintenance status, and documented manual additions of lost measurement values. For retention periods of at least 20 years, data storage, backup, restore testing, archiving and planned migrations are designed as an integrated lifecycle concept.

Planning and enhancement of documented IT infrastructures for industry, laboratories and regulated operating areas. Typical project components include Proxmox virtualisation, Linux servers, segmented networks, central user management, monitoring, backup, high availability and controlled changes. Open-source components are used where technically, economically and regulatorily appropriate. Architecture decisions, dependencies, operating roles, recovery procedures and fallback options are documented so that operation, maintenance and audit preparation remain traceable.

Development of internal web applications, dashboards, database interfaces and API-supported tools for technical, administrative and quality-relevant workflows. The focus is on clear data models, role-based operation, traceable state transitions, search and evaluation functions, and a maintainable frontend and backend architecture. Existing data sources, directory services and specialist systems can be integrated via defined interfaces. Open standards and suitable open-source components are preferred.

Design and implementation of custom responsive websites for companies, practices and technical service providers. Depending on requirements, lean static pages or open-source content management systems are used. On request, AKTS Microsystems handles domain and DNS configuration, TLS encryption, technical commissioning, updates, monitoring and web hosting on its own infrastructure. Regular backups to separate systems and documented recovery procedures form part of the operating concept. Services are calculated transparently and economically, without unnecessary agency or licence costs.

Technical project support for campus networks and metropolitan area networks for customers in Germany and abroad. The scope may include requirements analysis, network and site topology, fibre planning, routing, VLAN and VRF concepts, redundancy, network security, vendor coordination, migration planning, acceptance testing and operating documentation. AKTS Microsystems works independently of vendors, considers open standards and supports clients in the technical assessment of quotations, interfaces and expansion options across multiple buildings or sites.

Development of risk-based backup and recovery concepts for virtual machines, servers, databases, configurations, measurement data and technical documentation. The architecture may combine local and external backup systems, offline and immutable copies, Proxmox Backup Server, tape archiving, encryption, monitoring and defined retention and deletion rules. RPO and RTO are derived from business requirements; restore tests, emergency manuals and documented recovery sequences ensure that backups are not merely present but actually usable.
